Great staff. Friendly environment

Our patients have been to Music dermatology several times over the last few years. Jennifer has taken such great care of both kids (and us parents) by providing the best care. She’s kind, patient, thorough-everything you could hope for in a provider.

Everyone is professional and friendly. They have a little of everything to make you feel amazing.

I'm writing this review out of annoyance and have already made arrangements to see a new dermatologist. My dermatologist needs are simple - a once a year full body scan. Today was my appointment for that scan, only to be told when I arrived that my appointment needed to be rescheduled - which is annoying when you take a day off of work specifically to come there. I didn't receive one call, nor one voicemail about needing to change the appointment. As a matter of fact, I received an automated message just yesterday confirming my appointment for this morning. I was told the office called me in January then again in March. I don't want to say that didn't happen, but what I will say is I never recevied one voicemail or text about needing to reschedule -- only an automated message confirming my appt for today. So of course they asked that I take another day off to come in a day next week. No thanks, I'm changing to a different dermatologist office --> my needs aren't that serious to stay loyal to this office.
