Edit*** I have since been back to Musick for several more facials and Dermaplane. I recently tried the Diamond Glow with Aspen and let me tell you… go get one! Go get one as often as you can! It was such a relaxing thorough treatment and my face was glowing! This is the second one I’ve had done and will do so again!! Aspen is amazing, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough in what she does. I could not be more pleased! 6/19/24 ************* I was so very impressed by both the medical and the cosmetic side at dr Musick. The staff were so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Jennifer on the medical side helped me and attended to what I needed in a very professional and caring manner. She was very thorough in my exam and fixed my issue and was so helpful. She made me feel at complete ease! I made a different appointment that day for a hydra facial with Mandi. I’ve never felt so pampered and felt so uplifting! She was amazing and told me everything she was doing so I knew what was happening. She guided me to take action in a new way to help with my wrinkles and skin care. Again another very professional yet warm experience. She was very informative and helped me start a road to a better routine in skincare . If you’ve never had a hydra facial… your missing out! Dr Musicks office and staff are top notch. They are fast and efficient and completely care about their clients. I’ve never felt so welcomed and cared for! Thank you Jennifer and Mandi for making my experience so pleasant!

Whoever was on phone duty about a week or two ago needs further training in CS. We all have our bad days, but for a new patient, she is the front door to the business. She was rude and condescending. I asked valid, intelligent questions (that I shouldn't have had to ask to begin with, because she should have informed me) and she was condescending when answering them. I begrudgingly made an appointment after this exchange, but will be calling to cancel. After hours, so I can hopefully not risk dealing with this dreadful woman again. They don't seem to be hurting for business, so I won't be missed. But just wanted to share my experience.

I loved Aspen. She did a great job.
