I had an appointment, I called to let them know if I can reschedule my appointment they said there was no available dates and time this week. I wanted to get a hydro facial but I was there 20 minutes late and I drove over 2 hours. I had called a day before to Change the appointment but I was told nothing was Available this week I came in 20 mins late and Mandy said she can’t do it. I should get a peel, I said I don’t want a peel for now. She told me that I won’t get the complete treatment for hydro facial which I accepted. She changed her mind again that I should get the peel. Now time is going I just want hydro facial. Then she goes that paperwork will take me 1 hour. I told her I have been here 3 times already for hydro facial how will paper work take an hour. She goes I have another appointment by 10. So If paperwork will take an hour, my face takes an hour that is 2 hours how them will you attend to the patient coming in at 10. It was so obvious I was in the wrong place.. it was a bad feeling with someone that was not ready to accommodate. Despite she was standing at that point doing nothing.

Staff is very friendly and sweet 🙂 This was my second time getting filler, and the injectors are very talented and knowledgeable. Thank you Kasey!
