Everyone is so kind right when you walk in the door. They listen to you, address your concerns, and help to resolve what you have going on. They were so helpful in calming my son down and walking him through the process. Can't thank them enough for their great work!
When I received the text thanking me for my recent visit (when there was no visit), I was shocked and here is why. I have neen a VIP member for several years and I have always enjoyed the facials and other countless services that I have received, the employees were always very courteous, kind and knew what they were doing. Being a VIP member means that you will be charged $250 (was $199) a month no matter what, even if you do not receive a facial for the month. So I foolishly kept my membership going during covid and since then I have only received 2 facials. Musick Derm received over ($7,000.00) SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for services NEVER RENDERED. Is it their fault that I never called in to cancel the membership? NO. Did Mr or Mrs Musick have to pay an employee for providing me a service? NO. Is this the reason I am so upset? NO, it's even worse! So I called Musick last month and let them know that I have been active on the plan since pre-covid and I would like to use some of my "paid" visits and get on their schedule. I was told that they will not honor previous unused visits, but just this once they will let me use 2 maybe 3 of them, keep in mind, that they were going to let me use $597 dollars out of well over $7k they received for nothing. BUT, I didn't say a thing about it... I thanked them and scheduled my appts. I went to one appt, it was great and all is well. So now it's time for the next appintment... I received a reminder text about my appointment coming up, so I replied to the text reminder and said that I needed to reschule because I had to schedule meetings for work last minute that could bot be avoided. Anyway, I replied to their text to let them know. So I received a call this morning and she said thank you for reaching out to cancel your appointment but since it was not 24 hours in advance we have to charge you $250. I told her that I have been paying for the membership for several years without getting anything, can you cut me a break, I am still canceling the day before the visit. Well evidentally that is not okay and they still took the $250 from my account. I still can't believe they did this. So there we have it, they sent me a review request becuase they processed an invoice for $250 for services that were NEVER done. Please be aware that Mr and Mrs Musick has set protocols in place to take money when it is not deserved. They will say it is in the contract, but to even abide by something like that is unethical. I don't even know how they are maintaining a business with taking money like this from their long time customers! I can not even imagine doing this to my clients. I am not even upset about the services I did not receive since covid, because they did tell me that it is my responsibility to make the appointments because they will not give refunds (which is still greedy in my opinion) but what I am upset about is all that money is PURE PROFIT for them but that wasnt enough, they took another step to charge me more because it was 16 hours before the appt instead of 24 hours. Wouldn't you think they could have said, "well she did pay all of this money and we didn't provide any services for it, maybe we should cut her a break"? They wouldn't do it, even when asked. I think they are extremely greedy, and especially to be doctors, their ethics are concerning. I would never go there for treatment because I can not honestly say they care about people, but I can without a doubt, say they care about money! If anyone took the time to read this, I hope you consider using a company that would rather charge for the work that they do rather than making money from a contract that they have in place. I can't help but think about how often this happens, and how much money they earn that is pure profits. No wonder they could afford that new office with all the expensive detail and decor!
Everyone there is very friendly. And Molly is great! She is very attentive and very easy to be around! I actually always look forward to my yearly visit!
Very knowledgeable friendly staff and on time appointments never have to wait.
