I’m almost done with my laser hair removal and I’m overall pleased with the results. People like Nancy and Nicole do a great job of taking care of clients and genuinely have empathy for us and don’t treat us like another task to get through—unlike mandi. If you are assigned mandi as your esthetician I’d highly recommend asking for a new one. She’s horrible , she’s very irritable ,snappy and rude. Do not attempt to make small talk or any type of convo with her because she can and will get agitated. I had her multiple times and each time she was very disrespectful for NO REASON. very unprofessional and disgusting attitude . She has a smart mouth and will talk down on you and belittle your requests. One day she told me to shave my arm hair more so the laser could do a more thorough job(it was pretty small hair but i understand it’s best to shave so I did !) and after I follow her orders she refuses to go over certian areas of my arm because “there is no hair there !” …. Yeah because YOU told me to shave it off ? ….. besides this she always spoke to me like I was stupid and didn’t know what i was talking about regarding my own body ???? All because (as she states) “mandi is the esthetician here”. I was initially going to leave this place but then I met Nancy and so many other great estheticians and nurses who made me want to stay and made up for mandis horrible attitude!

The staff were courteous and polite. I had a very short wait, both times. At my first visit, Jennifer Adams was thoughtful and put me at ease. She seemed knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr. Musick was thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and what I could expect. I felt comfortable asking questions and was satisfied with the answers. I highly recommend this service.

Very Friendly, They helped me tremendously

I’m always excited to see the friendly faces as soon as you are greeted at Musick’s. Aspen does a great job micro blading my eyebrows. She represents herself very professionally and has a great talent for style. I consider it a treat to have an appointment with any of their professionals. It’s always been a pleasant experience whether my appointment is medical or cosmetic.
