Saved my life 12 years ago finding melanoma. Keeping me safe and my skin ( our largest organ) healthy! Recent squamous cell carcinoma excision was worthy of plastic surgeon results!

This is your one stop for your skin. I have been to both sides of the office (aesthetics and medical). I had a basal cell removed from my temple. It looks amazing and barely noticeable. Today, I went in for an abnormality on my skin. I got in same day and was put completely at ease after the NP looked at it and sought second opinion from a colleague. What an amazing office. And as far as aesthetics, I wanted a little filler and Botox and Angela gave me such a subtle eyebrow lift and plumping to my poor little non existent top lip. I now have a top lip!! And it’s so natural looking!

Casey addressed my concerns, was very knowledgeable and she gave me options. Treatment was done the same day!

I am very disappointed with how my appointment was handled. In October, I called specifically to book an appointment with Dr. Musick for varicose vein removal—a service he has provided to me in the past. I was told he was unavailable until January 20 and was offered the option to see another provider sooner. I chose to wait several months specifically to be treated by Dr. Musick. On January 20, I arrived, checked in, and completed all required paperwork. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was taken to an exam room expecting to receive the scheduled service. Instead, Dr. Musick came in briefly and informed me that he no longer provides this service and that I would need to see an esthetician. This information should have been communicated before my appointment, especially since I waited months for the doctor. I was disappointed and nearly left, but agreed to proceed with the esthetician because I had already taken time off and wanted the procedure done. I paid $206 to the esthetician. Later, I noticed an additional charge of $100.94 from Musick Dermatology on my credit card, despite not receiving the service I scheduled with the doctor. The lack of communication and unexpected billing made this experience frustrating and disappointing. I hope the office improves transparency and resolves billing issues more responsibly for future patients.
