Love all the staff!! Very knowledgeable and polite. Today I was 40 min early for an appt, I was in the area so I went ahead and went in to see if I could be seen sooner and they did!! Satisfied patient!! 😁

I’ve been here twice so far and they’ve always gotten me in very quickly with very little wait time which is nice. Also, the two providers I’ve seen have been kind and knowledgeable. The office itself looks very fancy and professional. I’ll keep coming back.

We had an appointment time for 2:45, we showed up plenty early. We had very little wait time, called us back for our visit earlier that appointment scheduled. The Dr that seen our son was polite, nice and caring. Our experience was quick and informative. They answered all of our questions plus more.

I've been here a few times before and had good experiences. This time I bought a package that was advertised as a special. For the same price you could get BBL OR Halo (3 sessions) and 3 facials. In my consultation I was confused and thought they were the same, like Halo BBL was the name. What I really wanted was Halo and didn't realize until my first treatment I was getting BBL. After thinking about it, I decided to email and explain and ask if I could have Halo since it was the same price. I guess the clinician was told so she called me while I was babysitting my granddaughter and didn't sound happy. I said I couldn't really talk about it then. There were other people with me, and it wasn't a good time so nothing was really solved. She told me I acted like I was in pain for BBL so I wouldn't be able to tolerate Halo. Sorry, but with the money I paid, that should be my decision. I have now had 2 treatments. When making my appointments I wanted to ask if I could have a different treatment but I didn't want to explain the whole thing and don't like confrontation. I guess in the future I will be more careful about my terminology and buy a package somewhere else. I'll still go to Musick again if I want anything else done.
