Renee was totally professional and displayed her experience and gentle approach throughout my visit today. I would recommend her every time.

I waited 2 months to have a follow-up appointment at Musick Dermatology. When I finally got an appointment, it was the beginning of a new year and thus new insurance cards were issued. My card had not been issued yet but I didn’t think that was an issue as I was previously informed by Musick dermatology staff that my follow up appointment would likely have to be out of pocket. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist would not let me see a provider since there was no insurance on file. She then stated too much time was spent and it was too far into the appointment. I couldn’t be seen even if I paid out of pocket. I would not recommend as I have never had such poor service in a provider’s office. In addition, I sent e-mail about this experience that has remained unanswered. Update: Dr. Musick’s staff reached out to resolve the issue. When I was able to actually see the dermatologist he was kind, knowledgeable, and stated there were actions taken to prevent similar incidences from occurring. For the aforementioned reasons, I’ll adjust the rating from 1 to 3 stars.

The entire staff is awesome! They are all so pleasant and only want to do what is best for the patient. They are very knowledgeable about the different procedures they perform.

Simply Outstanding. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Comfortable, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful. I trust them implicitly. Update: through the years I’ve had no complaints. Still very pleased.

I followed this doctor from the previous office. I love the staff here. The office is impeccably clean and everyone is very friendly. Wait times are very brief. They really care about their patients here and I never feel rushed to leave. Angela genuinely makes you feel comfortable being there.

I absolutely love Dr Musick and his staff. He and his staff treat their patients with complete respect and are very personable. Highly professional mannerism. I’ve never had a problem when scheduling an appt.....can normally get an appt fairly quickly. My wait time is very short.....am seen within 10-15 mins. I highly recommend Dr Musick for all your dermatology and skin care needs.
