I've been here a few times before and had good experiences. This time I bought a package that was advertised as a special. For the same price you could get BBL OR Halo (3 sessions) and 3 facials. In my consultation I was confused and thought they were the same, like Halo BBL was the name. What I really wanted was Halo and didn't realize until my first treatment I was getting BBL. After thinking about it, I decided to email and explain and ask if I could have Halo since it was the same price. I guess the clinician was told so she called me while I was babysitting my granddaughter and didn't sound happy. I said I couldn't really talk about it then. There were other people with me, and it wasn't a good time so nothing was really solved. She told me I acted like I was in pain for BBL so I wouldn't be able to tolerate Halo. Sorry, but with the money I paid, that should be my decision. I have now had 2 treatments. When making my appointments I wanted to ask if I could have a different treatment but I didn't want to explain the whole thing and don't like confrontation. I guess in the future I will be more careful about my terminology and buy a package somewhere else. I'll still go to Musick again if I want anything else done.

I have used Musick services for over two years now. My main goal was to decrease the magnitude of brown spots on my face caused from years of sun bathing. Musick helped me find the most feasible way to reach my goal. The staff has always been pleasant and respectful. Ms. Nancy is so personable and efficient, she will really go the extra mile to assure you are comfortable and reach your goals.

My consultation was a great visit and today i returned for a hydrafacial. Aspen was informative and sent me home with a care package. I now have a fresh face for Thanksgiving. Thank you.

Today was my 16 year old daughters first visit to Musick. Jenny listened so carefully to her concerns with her face and immediately diagnosed the issue, all the while reassuring her that they would be able to clear her face up. A huge shout out to Nancy for getting us in so swiftly and treating us like family. We loved how we were treated so much that when we checked out Me and my older daughter both made appointments for ourselves.
