Very friendly staff, hardly no wait period at all, Dr was super friendly and eased my mind very quickly
Came in for a routine mole check as a new patient. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room for very long. I saw the nurse practitioner and I felt like she rushed through our appointment, she spent a maximum of 5-10 minutes with me for a full body mole check. I inquired about trying a new face product, so they sent me to the cosmetic side after my medical appointment. The cosmetic lady wasn’t thorough at all, she recommended a bunch of new products without even looking at my skin, and then acted annoyed when I asked for samples of the product before buying because my skin is so sensitive. Overall, nothing really bad happened, but wasn’t a great experience either.
Fantastic staff, comfortable atmosphere, and quality service. The staff's communication was exceptional, they were informative, comforting, and very thorough. The customer service alone is enough to keep me coming back. I feel at ease in their care. You cannot go wrong with choosing Musick Dermatology!
The people at Musick Derm are all extremely polite and very professional. I was extremely impressed with my estatician. I think her name was Mandi. She was amazing. She was very kind and understanding. She really knows her stuff. She took the time to explain things to me and told me what to expect as we went along. I was very pleased with my experience. Their Covid precautions were well suited for the environment. I will certainly be going back if nothing else to see Mandi.
Terrible service. Nurse Molly told my insurance that it was ok to put me on a certain medication when it was not my first choice, and totally ruined any appeal opportunities for me with my insurance. Also wait times are horrendous for how many staff were sitting around on their phones. Were only 2 other people in the waiting room with me. I'll be going elsewhere. *owner did call me and we discussed the issues so I've changed 1 star to 3, but I will not be going back*
