Saw nurse practitioner for full body skin check. Told her I had growth on crown of my head. it was written down too. Her check was hurried and not thorough. She didn’t even see the growth on my head. Said everything looked fine until I reminded her about the growth. I had to show her. It was not small either. Don’t have much confidence in her. Use to see Angela. She was great. Have been going to this practice for many years and boy has it changed. Not for the better.

My first BBL treatment was much more thorough than my 2nd treatment. Both practioners were lovely and friendly, but the treaments were not consistent with each other.
