I waited 2 months to have a follow-up appointment at Musick Dermatology. When I finally got an appointment, it was the beginning of a new year and thus new insurance cards were issued. My card had not been issued yet but I didn’t think that was an issue as I was previously informed by Musick dermatology staff that my follow up appointment would likely have to be out of pocket. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist would not let me see a provider since there was no insurance on file. She then stated too much time was spent and it was too far into the appointment. I couldn’t be seen even if I paid out of pocket. I would not recommend as I have never had such poor service in a provider’s office. In addition, I sent e-mail about this experience that has remained unanswered. Update: Dr. Musick’s staff reached out to resolve the issue. When I was able to actually see the dermatologist he was kind, knowledgeable, and stated there were actions taken to prevent similar incidences from occurring. For the aforementioned reasons, I’ll adjust the rating from 1 to 3 stars.

The entire staff is awesome! They are all so pleasant and only want to do what is best for the patient. They are very knowledgeable about the different procedures they perform.
