For a company to make a person feel less than, this experience need to be told. I just experienced racial discrimination at Musick Dermatology & Advanced Clinical Spa 4948 Benchmark Centre Dr, Swansea, IL 62226, United States. I am an easy going person and it takes a lot to get me upset or for me to even think I’m being treated differently. For me to feel this way and for them to make a human being feel this way, this story need to be told. I had an appointment at 9:30 which I arrived at 9:15. I sat there for an entire hour without being seen and told I was next at about 35 minutes of me waiting. There was about 10-15 people who were seen before me even with later appointments. They literally walked in and sat down for a total of 3 minutes and would be called to the back to be serviced. The entire staff was Caucasian and they were fully staffed. I was told we are behind due to low staff. Which there was about 20 working people there at this time. Looking very operational to handle what they scheduled for. Then I was told we are waiting for a room. The people were walking in and out so quickly that had received help. There was no effort to honestly provide services I am able to receive. I have private insurance and they accept my insurance. They just didn’t want to place me into one of those rooms. After being told I was next, they called 3 more patients to the back. Just imagine sitting there for an hour and you did what the other patients did to receive the service you inquired to receive and they look over you completely. Calling one person after the next to the back while you sit there with no directions and just confused as to why you have not received help yet. I was the only black person there, everyone else was Caucasian race. I decide to asked for my ID and Insurance card to leave. She act as if she was sorry by saying sorry over and over with no true empathy behind her words. She was going through the motions which made me even more upset. I hope Musick Dermatology & Advanced Clinical Spa 4948 Benchmark Centre Dr, Swansea, IL 62226, United States learn how to treat all patients with respect and equality in the near future. This was a horrible experience and I would not want anyone to feel what I felt during that experience. I will not be back. Customer service goes a long way with me. I’ve never felt less than but Musick Dermatology & Advanced Clinical Spa 4948 Benchmark Centre Dr, Swansea, IL 62226, United State achieved that today with the horrible service they provided.

It's always a pleasure going to Musick Dermatology. They are very knowledgable, helpful, patient and overall a great pleasure to be around! Angela and Dr. Musick make a great pair for all of your dermatologic and cosmetic needs. The staff is great as well!

Very pleasant staff. Nice waiting area. Would defintiely recommend this practice. That said, if they recommend using the Longview/Amar pharmacy be aware that it has its positives and negative. The positive is that they suppply the medication at little to no cost to you (mine have been free). Unfortunately online refill and phone apps leave a lot to be desired whenit comes to obtaining refills. Make sure that you request (via telephone) the pharmacy refill your presciption at least a week before you need it. If not, you may be without your medication for a few days!

I am very pleased with the results from my Secret RF treatment. I wasn't sure what to expect, but would highly recommend if you need any type of tightening of the skin. I had a series of three treatments and they were so simple. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained the entire treatment step-by-step. There was absoutely no discomfort during any of the treatments. The results on my face were gradual, but I noticed a tightening on my neck almost immediatley. The before and after pictures are amazing. The difference is night and day. I look about 10 years younger. I highly recommend Musick Dermatology and their staff.

THEY DON'T CARE HAD 1115 APPT, 30 TO 45 MIN LATER STILL WAITING. THEY MIGHT BE GOOD, BUT DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS ENOUGH TO BE ON TIME. I DONT HAVE ALL DAY TO WAIT AROUND.IF I HAVE TO BE ON TIME, SO SHOULD THEY HAVE TO BE.

I went here for my first facial spa treatment and already I believe this experience can't be topped. I've been researching HydraFacials for sometime & decided to go to Musick because of the location & the in-depth information on their website. The location is set up with two wings, 1 for dermatology and the 2nd for clinical spa. It's very clean & the clinical spa wing is designed beautifully. Plus, the staff were all professional & friendly. I initially booked the most expensive HydraFacial option because my skin was in such horrible shape. After the consultation w/ the Esthetician (I believe her name was Mandy) and going over my skin history of consistent acne & discoloration and my skin care concerns she actually suggested I get the less expensive HydraFacial which surprised me. It took about 45 minutes and it was the most calming and soothing beauty experience in my life. What made it even better was that each time she put a product on my face she would explain what it was and why she was using it. In addition, I had many skin care questions which she thoroughly answered. I was taken back by how honest she was with me which resulted in me saving money & becoming more educated with skincare which I desperately needed. The sample skin care products that I took home did wonders for my skin. I was able to stretch the samples for a month and literally seen a 60% different in the look & feel of my face. I'm looking forward to my 2nd HydraFacial which will be 8 weeks since the first. Absolutely amazing this place!

I can not sing their praises enough! My Daughter is getting married in June and I have a sun spot on my check that I wanted removed. They were able to get me in the day after I called for a consultation. When they learned how soon the wedding was they accommodated me and got me in for a treatment the SAME day!! AMAZING!!! Everyone was SOOO friendly and the facility is BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend their services! 🙂

I waited for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment and didn't even get an I'm sorry, when I told them I had an appointment with a client and had to honor that appointment. My wife waited one hour and has vowed never to go back. I agree with my wife.
