The people at Musick Derm are all extremely polite and very professional. I was extremely impressed with my estatician. I think her name was Mandi. She was amazing. She was very kind and understanding. She really knows her stuff. She took the time to explain things to me and told me what to expect as we went along. I was very pleased with my experience. Their Covid precautions were well suited for the environment. I will certainly be going back if nothing else to see Mandi.

Terrible service. Nurse Molly told my insurance that it was ok to put me on a certain medication when it was not my first choice, and totally ruined any appeal opportunities for me with my insurance. Also wait times are horrendous for how many staff were sitting around on their phones. Were only 2 other people in the waiting room with me. I'll be going elsewhere. *owner did call me and we discussed the issues so I've changed 1 star to 3, but I will not be going back*

Angela is amazing! The staff is so pleasant and comforting. Highly recommend!!

Honestly, it’s hard to find words for how poorly this business is ran. Upon arrival the receptionist looked at me and said you were supposed to be contacted yesterday for a reschedule. Wow, I made this appointment 4 months in advance and they cancelled my appointment the day before without notifying me, but decided to allow me to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room and an additional 2 hours once called back before I had to walk out of my room to find someone to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten about. I’ve been in healthcare 10+ years now so of course by the time the lousy NP showed up to my room I had all my medication refill requests laid out AND written out with their name, dosage, frequency, etc., but when she called them in to my pharmacy, she called in EVERY DOSE wrong 😂( inconveniencing me yet again...y’all know how it is dealing with the pharmacy). She took 1 minute to see me and also diagnosed my milia as “glands”.. whatever that means. I’ve been seen for this skin issue for years, so once she made the incorrect diagnosis I didn’t even argue, I knew immediately she was incompetent. I’m writing this review to save anyone and everyone from wasting their time here. There are so many wonderful dermatologist around the area and everyone deserves good care. Take care of yourselves and invest your money and time in a business that’s willing to do the same for you! Good luck!
