I waited for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment and didn't even get an I'm sorry, when I told them I had an appointment with a client and had to honor that appointment. My wife waited one hour and has vowed never to go back. I agree with my wife.

I've been a patient at Musick Dermatology for several years and have always had a wonderful experience. I don't have any major skin issues - they helped me enhance my face with a filler. It is so natural looking!

Been a patient and fan for many years...Waited close to 45 min past my appointment with no mention that they were running late. I vocalized that I was not happy and am now late for another appointment and if I was told, I could have paid respect to my next appointment by letting them know. Not only did I end up bruised but had to wait to checkout as they trained new staff. Quality customer service appears to be fading.

I was a patient years ago. Had a cyst removed and still have the indention and hole where it was stitched. I called to make an appt. to have it re-evaluated. I was told I couldn't make an appt. because I missed an appt. 5 years ago. I also expressed concerns that I had about a mole, and was refused any kind of service. I'm disappointed by the unprofessional-ism. Will be looking for a new dermatologist.

Just an amazing down to earth practice. Dr. Musick is very caring and gentle. I'm so glad to have been referred to them!
