I'm writing this review out of annoyance and have already made arrangements to see a new dermatologist. My dermatologist needs are simple - a once a year full body scan. Today was my appointment for that scan, only to be told when I arrived that my appointment needed to be rescheduled - which is annoying when you take a day off of work specifically to come there. I didn't receive one call, nor one voicemail about needing to change the appointment. As a matter of fact, I received an automated message just yesterday confirming my appointment for this morning. I was told the office called me in January then again in March. I don't want to say that didn't happen, but what I will say is I never recevied one voicemail or text about needing to reschedule -- only an automated message confirming my appt for today. So of course they asked that I take another day off to come in a day next week. No thanks, I'm changing to a different dermatologist office --> my needs aren't that serious to stay loyal to this office.

Another great facial today! Got the BBL (which is NOT the kind of BBL you may be thinking of🤭). My aesthetician explained every step and made double , triple sure I was comfortable. I love taking care of myself and doing everything I can to age with dignity!

I’ve been a satisfied customer as a VIP for several months service is first class my face and skin are better than ever. Getting my monthly Hydro Facial tomorrow. Hydro facial yesterday with Mandi was a great service. Very professional and my face feels great! I had a Bbl session scheduled it was postponed after Abby suggested I wait until fall due to my suntan. A good call by her in my best interest! First class all the way! My last service was a hydro facial it was first class all the way. Abby was my attendant and was the best. Looking forward to my June visit in two weeks! Great service yesterday my ailment is much better! Musick staff is the best! I’m a VIP and was in need of care on the medical side for help with a skin irritation.
