Is NO stars an option? Their lack of customer service at the front desk was insulting. Not one person apologized that they did not have my appointment on their calendars even though I had received a reminder call for this exact date and time (I was also early AND had my new patient paperwork already filled out with me). Front desk attendant was trying to find an appointment to "squeeze" me in... and that wasn't going to be until September. When I have already waiting a long time for THIS appointment. I have never been so Livid that I walked out of a medical appointment building, but I will NOT be back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSTITUATION. Just say NO to Musick Dermatology.

If you have medical issue that needs prompt attention by a Dermatologist, they’ll get to you in two months. Just tough it out.

My Son had laser hair removal done there. He attended all six sessions on time was told in a consult he may have some peach fuzz or light hair after treatments. went back today one month post treatments, he’s just as hairy as he was prior to having the $1600 treatment and was told that they don’t offer laser hair removal, and that it was just to thin his hair. Told it’s due to his hormones. None of which was said at consult. Also staff said they don’t offer hair removal but it is on their website. That they do laser hair removal. Waste of $, false advertising. Looked at papers they gave us at consult. CLEARLY states he paid for laser hair removal. Do not recommend
